ASHLEY N. HOGUE | ACADEMY DIRECTOR

Ashley has been working with the Academy since April 2002. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Anderson University. Ashley lives in the community with her husband, Tobok Hogue and her two children—Triston and Trinity—who both attend Purpose of Life Academy.
LENA WEBSTER | ACADEMY ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Lena Webster has been employed with the Academy for five years. She was hired on as the Infant teacher and is presently the administrative assistant for the academy. Lena is the mother of one, grandmother of three and great-grandmother of five. Children are her business and business is good!!!
GLENDA GREENE | ASSISTANT ACADEMY DIRECTOR

First Lady Glenda Greene has been working with the Academy since April 2002. She is a dedicated wife, mother, daughter, and grandmother. She has celebrated over 30 years of marriage with her lovely husband, Pastor David W. Greene, Sr. and is a proud mother of two children, Ashley Nichole and David Jr. She has a love and passion for children and families.
KIMBERLY COWAN | TODDLER LEAD TEACHER - TEAM LEADER
Kimberly Cowan is a mother and loves working with children. She has been employed with the Academy for six years. Kimberly received her CDA Credentials a little over three years ago and has now returned to school to earn her Associates in Early Childhood Development. She believes it is such a pleasure to teach and love children.
ANA GUITERZ | INFANT CAREGIVER
Ana Guiterz has been working with the academy since March of 2015. She is a mother of one wonderful daughter and truly enjoys working with children. Ana received her CDA credentials in 2017.
FATIMA LAMAS | TODDLER TEACHER
Fatima has been working with children for a long time. She joined the Purpose of Life Academy family and team three years ago. She strives and prepares herself daily to provide the children with professional and safe education and care daily. Fatima says, “The best medium to have good kids is by making them happy.”
EDNA WILLIAMS | PRESCHOOL TEACHER
Ms. Edna has worked for the Academy for six years. She previously worked in Corporate America for Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and retired in 2004 after 40 years of service. Upon retiring, Ms. Williams was a Benefits Account Representative dedicated to General Motors in Bedford, Anderson and the Indianapolis Truck and Bus Company. Edna has one son, Brian.
ANGELA VANCLEAVE | FLOATER
Angela Vancleave is a mother and loves working with children. She’s been on the POLA team for four years. Angela received her CDA credentials in January 2017.
ANABELL VARGAS-SANCHEZ | INFANT CAREGIVER
Anabell is originally from Chicago. She moved to Indianapolis after she got married. She previously worked at St. Mary's hospital as a doctor’s assistant and interpreter. Anabell has been working at the Academy since September of 2015 and she loves working with children. During her free time she enjoys playing sports and spending time with her family.
YOLANDA BARBEE | TODDLER TEACHER
Yolanda Barbee has been employed with Purpose of Life Academy for several years. She enjoys working with the children to help them grow, develop and mature into adults. Yolanda recently completed her CDA. In her spare time she enjoys singing, shopping, and traveling.
IROSSEMA GUERRERO | ACADEMY ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Irosema has been working with the Academy since October 2013. She has her CDA Degree. Irossema has five kids Oswaldo, Carlos, Sophia, Jose and Diana. Jose and Diana attends Purpose of Life Academy.
MARIAME DIALLO | K-4 TEACHER
Mariame has been working with the Academy for four years and loves it. She has one son and a husband. She enjoys coming to work everyday and experiencing new challenges with the kids everyday.
ANA ALARCON | KINDERGARTEN TEACHER - TEAM LEADER
Ana María has been working with the Academy since January 2016. She has her Bachelors Degree in Early Education Teaching from Guatemala. She has two kids, Andrea and Sebastián, who both attend the Academy. She loves to watch her students progress with her help.
ROSSEMERY ORTEGA | TODDLER LEAD TEACHER - TEAM LEADER
Rossemery Ortega is from Guatemala and has been working for the Academy for ten years. She has two handsome boys. Rossemery enjoys teaching and having many different experiences with the children. She has her CDA license and looks forward to shaping and molding beautiful bright children.
ESMERALDA OCAMPO-SILVA | PRESCHOOL TEACHER
Esmeralda has been working with the academy since 2016. She is in the process of earning her CDA certificate.
JANAE BURTON | K-4 TEACHER
Ms. Janae Burton has been working with Pre-K children for a little over 3 years. She has been at POL Academy for 1 year. She is a mother to three lovely girls, all of whom she adores.
Her philosophy is to teach from the heart while allowing students to discover their own abilities to be scholars and positive leaders in the Academy.
She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, cooking and crafting.
